The property is located 30' from the dune with excellent views of the Atlantic Ocean from both floors. There is a garage at ground level which is not for rent. The level above this (the middle level) is the 1st Floor Apartment, which is a rental unit. It features Kitchen, LR, DR, one Bath and 3 Bedrooms. It comes with a spacious 10'x26' deck directly facing the ocean. There is also a rooftop deck with breathtaking views.The level above this (the top floor) is our 2nd Floor Apartment and is not for rent at this time.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE ARRIVAL:

• PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED!
• NO SMOKING!
• CANDLES ARE NOT ALLOWED!
• Rentals run Saturday to Saturday
• YOU WILL NEED TO BRING your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels, etc. See sizes on the left.
• YOU WILL NEED TO BRING your own personal items such as shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc.
• You will need to bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas.
• Check-in is at 2:00 PM
• Check-out is 10:00 AM
• Keys are on hook in outside shower
• Garbage Pickup: early Monday and Thursday mornings

• Cans, glass and plastic all go in blue recycle container at the curb, not in the garbage cans
• Newspaper and Cardboard all go in recylcle containers at the curb, not in the garbage cans
• Lost Beach Badges need to be replaced if lost ($40 each to be purchased at municipal building)
• Parking: 1st Floor in front, 2nd Floor in back

Our state-of-the-art Dual Band WiFi Routers assure that your signal will be strong on either side of the street and that no one else has access to your computer. Simply search for our signal on either side when you arrive, then logon to our secure network with this year's passphrase, which you'll find on the bulletin board in your unit.

We now have maximum, 5-bar signal strength on both sides of the street. You'll find that even gaming is not a problem with these powerful dual band routers on each side of 16th Street at the ocean. Our very first tenant to access the internet reported: "Bob, the internet connection is great and easily accessible. We are using the G side, as that is the speed of the adapters in our laptops. I did a speed test and it is 7369MBPS up and 2930MBPS down. That is a very good link and speed. If you want to get the internet connect speed yourself in the future, the link is http://www.speakeasy.net." This is a "transfer rate" connection test which tests download and upload rates of speed at your computer.
